What is the connection between chocolate and Tom Jones you wonder? It's simple they are two of my favorite things! I have an oversized champagne glass on my desk that is routinely filled with chocolate. Sometimes I have one with my morning cofffee, sometimes it serves as lunch. Today I am enjoying an afternoon snack while listening to the forthcoming Tom Jones album on Lost Highway. I have such fond memories of watching Tom Jones on TV as a young girl curiously attracted to him not completely understanding why. Some 30 + years later I sit in  my office listening to " Praise and Blame" and I am utterly blown away. Not only does Lost Highway continue to be one of the coolest record labels on the planet, but this is a roots record for him. Powerful, moody, comfortable and of course sexy. This is a record he was truly meant to make.

Tom Jones was one of the only concerts I took  my Mother to. She was thrilled and now 6 years since she has passed away I will cherish this memory and this record too.
